As a manufacturer of customized products, we adapt to each customer's specific requirements and are flexible in the way a coil needs to be handled and tagged.
Handling
Our coils are examined by production personnel and are carefully handled and packaged to minimize marks and scrapes. Each coil is leak tested and tagged as specified by the customer.
We also offer other product handling services, such as:
- Attachment of additional components to the coil, simplifying coil installation and allowing direct shipment to the end customer.
- Post-production cleaning and plastic wrapping of coils used in sterile or clean room environments.
- Temporary protective coatings applied to coils susceptible to surface corrosion that are not immediately put into service.
Tagging
Each coil is tagged with a Super Radiator Coils serial number making it easy to obtain technical information or order the same coil in the future. Optional stamped markings are also available. Coil supply and return connections and airflow direction labels can be provided if requested.
Customers can have their nameplates, tags or name brand applied to our coils, and shipped using either their own or a generic bill of lading. Other special tagging services such as bar coding are available.
