Super Radiator Coils can provide one custom-designed coil or thousands. Our facilities have the processes and equipment to quickly transition from building a single custom coil to a high-volume coil run, and we can provide timely delivery.
We value customers who need just a single coil or a few coils at a time. These are our core customers. They are normally the ones who help us to further expand our knowledge and venture into new applications.
Working closely with our customers we can set up systems for rapid prototypes, high volume, Just-In-Time, and lean cell production coils. Such collaboration allows us to supply one high-volume customer with 8,000 coils per year of a particular design that has to meet strict dimensional and aesthetic requirements. Other large volume customers receive several hundred coils of various designs per week.
