Coil Casing Material and Thickness
A choice of casing materials and designs helps keep the coil structurally sound and simplifies coil installation and maintenance.
Coil casings are normally 16 Ga. or 14 Ga. galvanized steel, depending on the coil size and weight. Heavier gauges or plates can be provided. Materials such as aluminum, copper, black steel, and stainless steel are also available.

Other Options
Besides these optional materials, there are other coil features that can improve durability and simplify coil installation and maintenance. See our Options section for some of the coil features we can provide.
Fin and Tube Patterns
Super Radiator Coils manufactures a large selection of fin and tube patterns. This allows our engineers to select the most efficient and cost effective heat transfer surface for your particular thermal requirements. Coils are not limited* to the fin surface patterns listed, but these are the most common.
