October 12, 2006- S-Stamp Certification
Super Radiator Coils is proud to announce that we now offer
ASME "S" stamp coils in addition to "U" and "UM" stamp coils. ASME "S"
stamp follows Section I of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel code,
which deals with boiling of the water application. Many co-generation
power plants do not isolate heating coils from the boiler and in that
case they require S stamps on the heat exchangers.
August 12, 2006 - ETL
Super Radiator Coils has completed our Initial Factory
Assessment by ETL in Chaska, MN and received our Authorization to Mark.
This means we can now produce ETL-listed coils for 600 PSIG operating
pressure as well as the lower pressures currently recognized by UL. The
inspector's primary focus was on our quality control system dealing
with material procurement, handling of non-conforming material and
corrective action taken on production line failures. The assessment
went well with no deficiencies noted. Please note that Richmond already
has the Authorization to Mark and Phoenix will follow with it early
next year.
